  • Contains: poultry

Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken breast tenders, breaded, uncooked
  • 1 g Salt, table
  • 2 g Spices, pepper, black
  • 60 g Lettuce, green leaf, raw
  • 50 g Cucumber, raw
  • 50 g Tomatoes, raw
  • 100 g Avocado, raw
  • 10 g Olive oil
  • 5 g Parsley, fresh
  • 5 g Lemon juice, raw

Method

  1. If your chicken breast isn't already cooked, season it with salt and black pepper. Grill in a hot pan or skillet for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to keep it moist.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the torn lettuce, sliced cucumber, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salad. Add lemon juice if desired for a tangy touch. Toss gently to coat the ingredients evenly.
  4. Lay the sliced grilled chicken breast over the salad.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper over the salad. Garnish with fresh herbs such as parsley or cilantro for an elevated flavor.
  6. Transfer the salad to a serving plate or bowl and enjoy immediately. Chef's Tip For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of chili flakes or a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. This salad pairs beautifully with crusty bread for a complete meal.
