- Contains: beef, dairy, egg, gluten, pork
Ingredients
- 100 g Egg, whole, raw
- 100 g Sausage, breakfast sausage, beef, pre-cooked, unprepared

- 100 g Bread, whole grain white
- 10 g Butter, NFS
- 10 g Olive oil
- 1 g Spices, pepper, black
Method
- Prepare Ingredients Lay out all ingredients for easy access. Halve the tomato and clean the mushrooms.
- Cook the Sausages Heat 5g of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Fry the Bacon Add the bacon slices to the skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Mushrooms and Tomato In the same skillet, add a small drizzle of oil if needed. Place the mushrooms and tomato (cut side down) into the skillet. Cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and the tomato for 3 minutes, until softened. Remove and set aside.
- Warm the Baked Beans Pour the baked beans into a small saucepan and heat over low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Fry the Eggs Add a teaspoon of oil or butter to the skillet. Crack the eggs gently into the pan and fry until the whites are set and yolks are runny (about 3-4 minutes). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Toast the Bread Toast the bread slices until golden. Spread butter on top for added flavor.
- Assemble and Serve Arrange all the components on a large plate: sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, and toast. Serve hot with a cup of coffee or tea.
- Chef's Notes Customizable Protein: Swap pork sausages and bacon for turkey or vegetarian options for dietary needs. Mushroom Options: Use portobello mushrooms for a heartier texture. Toast Alternatives: Try sourdough or gluten-free bread as substitutes.
