  • Preparation: 300 min
  • Makes: 1 serving (173 g)
  • Difficulty: Medium

  • Contains: dairy

Ingredients

  • 100 g Milk, whole
  • 40 g Sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 g Lemon zest

Method

  1. Whisk together the milk, condensed milk, cream, cinnamon and lemon zest, standing in for lime zest.
  2. Pour into a shallow container and freeze for 1 hour, then whisk vigorously to break up the ice crystals.
  3. Return to the freezer and repeat the whisking every 45 minutes for about 3 hours, until it becomes a smooth, dense, scoopable ice cream (or churn it in an ice cream maker if you have one).
  4. Let firm up in the freezer for a final hour before scooping to serve.
