Ingredients

  • 15 g Graham crackers
  • 18 g Butter, unsalted

  • 15 g Eggs, whole, raw
  • 8 g Flour, all-purpose

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers with half the butter, melted, and a little of the cocoa powder; press into a pie dish to form the crust and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt the remaining butter and whisk in the sugar, egg, remaining cocoa powder, flour, vanilla and salt until smooth and glossy.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the filling into the chilled crust.
