- Preparation: 108 min
- Cooking: 35 min
- Makes: 1 serving (133 g)
- Difficulty: Medium
- Contains: dairy, egg, gluten, pork
Ingredients
- 45 g Flour, all-purpose
- 15 g Milk, whole
- 10 g Butter, unsalted
- 6 g Sugar
- 1 g Yeast, active dry

- Roll the dough out into a rectangle and layer the ham, bacon, raisins and olives over it.
- Roll up tightly from one end like a log, tucking the ends under, and place seam-side down on a tray.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 180°C (355°F) for 30-35 minutes until deep golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
