Ingredients

  • 200 g Green tea, brewed
  • 10 g Mint, fresh
  • 15 g Sugar

Method

  1. Bring fresh water to a boil and brew the green tea for 2-3 minutes; pour off the first brew if you like a milder base, a traditional step to reduce bitterness.
  2. Pour the hot tea into a teapot with plenty of fresh mint leaves and the sugar.
  3. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then stir well to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Pour from a height into small glasses to aerate it slightly, and serve hot, garnished with a fresh mint sprig.
