Tavuk Göğsü
One serving has 357 kcal and 16 g protein, and at least a fifth of a woman's daily need of cobalamin (45%), riboflavin (41%), phosphorus (39%), selenium (32%), pyridoxine (31%) and niacin (29%). Ready in 145 minutes.

- Preparation: 130 min
- Cooking: 15 min
- Makes: 1 serving (306 g)
- Difficulty: Medium
- Diets: Gluten-free
- Contains: alcohol, dairy, poultry
Ingredients
- 40 g Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw
- 220 g Milk, whole
- 30 g Sugar
- 15 g Cornstarch
- 0.5 g Vanilla extract
Method
- Poach the chicken breast in water until fully cooked through (no pink, juices run clear, 74 °C/165 °F), then shred it as finely as possible with your fingers or two forks, almost into fine threads, pounding briefly to break up the fibers further.
- Whisk the cornstarch into a little of the cold milk until smooth.
- Heat the rest of the milk with the sugar until steaming, then whisk in the cornstarch mixture and the shredded chicken.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 8-10 minutes until thickened into a smooth pudding; the chicken becomes undetectable in flavor, adding only a subtle silky texture.
- Stir in the vanilla, then pour into a bowl or glass and chill for at least 2 hours until set before serving.
