  • Cooking: 2 min
  • Makes: 1 serving (90.5 g)
  • Difficulty: Medium
  • Diets: Vegan, Dairy-free
  • Contains: gluten

Ingredients

  • 60 g Flour, all-purpose
  • 30 g Water
  • 0.5 g Salt

Method

  1. Mix the flour, salt and water to a firm, smooth dough; knead for 8-10 minutes until very smooth and elastic.
  2. Rest the dough, covered, for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll it out as thin as possible, almost paper-thin, into a large round.
  4. Cook on a hot, dry griddle or pan for 30-45 seconds per side, just until dry-looking with a few light brown spots; it should stay soft and pliable, not crisp.
  5. Stack under a cloth to keep it soft until ready to use. Makes 1 sheet; multiply as needed.
