  • Contains: celery, dairy, gluten, poultry

Ingredients

  • 160 g Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, raw
  • 50 g Onions, raw
  • 30 g Bell pepper, red, raw
  • 30 g Tomatoes, raw
  • 3 g Paprika
  • 12 g Vegetable oil
  • 8 g Flour, all-purpose
  • 40 g Sour cream
  • 60 g Chicken broth
  • 1.2 g Salt
  • 0.2 g Black pepper

Method

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in the oil until soft and golden, then take the pan off the heat and stir in the paprika so it doesn't scorch and turn bitter.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, red pepper and tomato, return to the heat, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring to coat.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through with no pink juices.
  4. Whisk the flour into the sour cream until smooth, then stir a little of the hot sauce into it to temper it.
  5. Stir the sour cream mixture back into the pan and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, without boiling hard, until creamy and slightly thickened. Serve with noodles or dumplings.
