- Preparation: 5 min
- Cooking: 12 min
- Makes: 1 serving (299 g)
- Difficulty: Easy
- Diets: Vegetarian
- Contains: dairy, gluten
Ingredients
- 90 g Pasta, dry
- 140 g Cottage cheese
- 50 g Sour cream
- 15 g Butter, unsalted
- 1 g Salt
- 3 g Dill, fresh
Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta until just tender, about 8-10 minutes, then drain well, keeping 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
- Melt the butter in the same pot over medium heat, tip the drained pasta back in, and toss to coat evenly.
- Take the pot off the heat and stir in most of the cottage cheese along with the reserved cooking water, so the cheese softens into a creamy coating over the pasta.
- Spoon onto a plate and top with the remaining cottage cheese and a generous dollop of sour cream.
- Scatter with the chopped dill and serve warm.
