- Preparation: 135 min
- Cooking: 5 min
- Makes: 1 serving (88 g)
- Difficulty: Easy
- Diets: Vegetarian
- Contains: dairy, gluten, honey, nut
Ingredients
- 40 g Graham crackers
- 15 g Butter, unsalted
- 5 g Cocoa powder
- 20 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 8 g Walnuts
Method
- Crush the biscuits into small, pea-sized pieces (a mix of small chunks and crumbs works best) and mix with the chopped walnuts.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the cocoa powder and condensed milk until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the crushed biscuits and walnuts and stir until every piece is coated.
- Press the mixture into a small loaf-shaped block on a sheet of parchment or foil and roll or shape it into a log.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until firm, then slice and serve; this 'lazy cake' needs no baking at all.
