- Preparation: 20 min
- Cooking: 15 min
- Makes: 1 serving (386 g)
- Difficulty: Medium
- Diets: Vegetarian
- Contains: dairy, egg, gluten
Ingredients
- 220 g Potatoes, raw
- 60 g Flour, all-purpose

Method
- Peel and finely grate the potatoes, then mix with the flour, egg and salt to a thick, sticky batter.

- While still hot, mix the drained dumplings with the crumbled sheep cheese and the sour cream until the cheese melts into a creamy coating.
- Serve immediately, piping hot, while the cheese is still soft and creamy.
