  • Preparation: 5 min
  • Makes: 1 serving (48 g)
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Diets: Vegetarian
  • Contains: dairy, gluten

Ingredients

  • 30 g Bread, white
  • 8 g Butter, unsalted
  • 10 g Sugar

Method

  1. Spread the slice of white bread edge to edge with the soft butter.
  2. Scatter the sugar evenly over the butter — it stands in for the traditional hundreds and thousands (sprinkles), which are hard to find as a plain ingredient; use real sprinkles instead if you have them.
  3. Press gently so the topping sticks, then cut into triangles and serve straight away.
