Ingredients
- 150 g Paneer
- 50 g Bell pepper, red, raw
- 30 g Bell pepper, green, raw
- 50 g Onions, raw
- 60 g Tomatoes, raw
- 4 g Ginger, fresh
- 5 g Garlic, raw
- 2 g Coriander seeds
- 1 g Chili powder

- 15 g Vegetable oil
- 15 g Cream, heavy

Method
- Cut the paneer and bell peppers into similar-sized chunks.
- Dry-roast the coriander seeds and cumin briefly, then grind coarsely to make a simple kadai masala.
- Heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic and ginger over medium heat 5-6 minutes until softened, then add the tomato and cook 6-8 minutes until it breaks down.
- Stir in the ground kadai masala, chili powder and salt, then add the bell peppers and cook 4-5 minutes until just tender but still a little crisp.
- Add the paneer and cream, and simmer gently 3-4 minutes until warmed through; avoid vigorous boiling so the paneer stays soft.
