  • Difficulty: Medium
  • Diets: Vegetarian
  • Contains: dairy, egg, gluten

Ingredients

  • 50 g Flour, bread (strong)
  • 25 g Milk, whole
  • 8 g Butter, unsalted

  • 1 g Yeast, active dry
  • 3 g Sugar

  4. Brush all over with the rest of the beaten egg and let rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes until deep golden and it sounds hollow when tapped. Makes 1 portion (1 roll or thick slice); multiply by 8 for a whole braided loaf.
