  • Preparation: 15 min
  • Cooking: 5 min
  • Makes: 1 serving (196 g)
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Diets: Vegetarian, Gluten-free
  • Contains: dairy, egg

Ingredients

  • 120 g Ice cream, vanilla
  • 60 g Strawberries, raw
  • 8 g Sugar
  • 8 g Chocolate, white

Method

  1. Simmer the strawberries with the sugar for 4-5 minutes until soft and syrupy, then cool the sauce completely.
  2. Let the ice cream soften just enough to be pressed, without melting.
  3. Push the ice cream through a potato ricer or spätzle press directly onto a chilled plate, so it falls in strands like spaghetti.
  4. Spoon the cooled strawberry sauce over the "spaghetti" like a tomato sauce.
  5. Grate or shave the white chocolate over the top to look like parmesan, and serve at once.
