Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes, red, raw
  • 1 g Salt
  • 10 g Olive oil
  • 3 g Garlic, raw
  • 1 g Paprika

Method

  1. Put the small unpeeled potatoes in a pan just large enough to hold them, cover with water, and add the salt so the water tastes strongly of the sea.
  2. Bring to the boil and cook for 20-25 minutes until tender, then drain and return to the low heat, shaking the pan, until the skins look dry and wrinkled.
  3. Meanwhile mix the olive oil, garlic and paprika into a quick drizzle.
  4. Serve the wrinkly potatoes hot with the drizzle spooned over.
