  • Preparation: 10 min
  • Cooking: 5 min
  • Makes: 1 serving (195 g)
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Diets: Vegetarian
  • Contains: alcohol, dairy, gluten, honey

Ingredients

  • 100 g Cream, heavy
  • 20 g Oats, rolled
  • 15 g Honey
  • 10 g Spirits
  • 50 g Raspberries, raw

Method

  1. Toast the rolled oats in a dry pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until golden and fragrant; let cool.
  2. Whip the cream to soft peaks, then fold in the honey and whisky.
  3. Fold in most of the toasted oats, keeping the mixture a little streaky rather than fully smooth.
  4. Layer the cream mixture with the raspberries in a glass, saving a few berries and a pinch of oats for the top.
  5. Serve right away, as the oats are best while still a little crisp.
