Ingredients
- 180 g Pork loin, raw
- 15 g Olive oil
- 15 g Lemon juice
- 6 g Garlic, raw
- 1 g Oregano, dried
- 1.5 g Salt
- 0.5 g Black pepper
- 60 g Pita bread

- Cut the pork into 3 cm cubes. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the pork in the marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
- Thread the pork onto skewers, leaving a little space between the pieces so they cook evenly.

- Warm the pita briefly on the grill. Serve the pork off the skewer in the warm pita with the sliced onion, tomato and a lemon wedge.
