- Preparation: 60 min
- Cooking: 12 min

Ingredients
- 140 g Flour, 00
- 2 g Yeast, active dry
- 8 g Olive oil
- 1.2 g Salt
- 90 g Water
- 60 g Tomato puree

- Stretch the dough out into a 28-30 cm round and spread the tomato puree over it, leaving a rim.
- Scatter the mozzarella evenly over the whole base.
- Divide the round into four quarters in your mind and top one with the ham, one with the sliced mushrooms, one with the artichoke pieces, and one with the olives, keeping the 'four seasons' separate.
- Bake at the highest oven setting, around 250 °C (480 °F), for 8-10 minutes until the crust is puffed and golden and the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
