Ingredients

  • 70 g Beef chuck, raw
  • 15 g Butter, unsalted
  • 15 g Flour, all-purpose
  • 80 g Beef broth
  • 15 g Onions, raw
  • 0.2 g Nutmeg
  • 2 g Parsley, fresh

  7. Drain briefly and serve hot with mustard.
