  • Cooking: 25 min
  • Makes: 1 serving (458 g)
  • Difficulty: Hard
  • Diets: High protein
  • Contains: alcohol, beef, dairy, egg, gluten, pork

Ingredients

  • 90 g Bread, white
  • 30 g Ham, cooked
  • 22 g Kielbasa
  • 70 g Beef sirloin steak, raw
  • 40 g Swiss cheese
  • 55 g Eggs, whole, raw
  • 80 g Beer
  • 60 g Tomatoes, canned, crushed
  • 10 g Butter, unsalted
  • 1 g Hot sauce
  • 0.1 g Salt

Method

  1. Fry the thin beef steak in a little of the butter over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes a side to your liking, then set aside.
  2. In the same pan, briefly warm the ham and sliced sausage through, about 2 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, simmer the beer and crushed tomatoes together with the hot sauce and a pinch of salt for 8-10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Butter the bread and toast in a pan until golden, then build the sandwich: bread, steak, ham, sausage, and a second slice of bread.
  5. Lay the cheese slices over the top of the closed sandwich and place under a hot broiler for 2-3 minutes until melted and bubbling.
  6. Fry the egg in the remaining butter until the white is fully set and the yolk still soft, then slide it on top of the sandwich.
  7. Pour the hot beer-tomato sauce generously over the whole sandwich and serve immediately with a knife and fork.
