  • Preparation: 30 min
  • Makes: 1 serving (194 g)
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Diets: Vegetarian
  • Contains: dairy, gluten, honey

Ingredients

  • 50 g Graham crackers
  • 50 g Dulce de leche
  • 50 g Cream cheese
  • 4 g Cocoa powder
  • 40 g Coffee, brewed

Method

  1. Mix the cocoa powder into the brewed coffee so it tastes like a chocolate biscuit dunk; pour into a shallow dish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and dulce de leche together until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Quickly dip each graham cracker (standing in for the chocolate cookies traditionally used) into the coffee mixture for 1-2 seconds per side, just enough to soften without falling apart.
  4. Lay a layer of the soaked crackers in the base of a small dish, then spread over a layer of the dulce de leche cream.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the cream on top.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the crackers have softened to a cake-like texture, then serve cold.
