Ingredients
- 90 g Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw

- 50 g Chickpeas, canned
- 25 g Carrots, raw
- 3 g Chilies, dried red

- Return the shredded chicken to the pot along with the chickpeas, and heat through.
- Taste before adding salt, since the broth and chickpeas already carry some.
- Ladle into a bowl and top with diced avocado and crumbled queso fresco; serve with lime wedges.
