- Difficulty: Easy
- Diets: Dairy-free, Low carb

- 180 g Pork belly, raw
- 12 g Garlic, raw
- 10 g Miso
- 6 g Sesame oil
- 40 g Cabbage, green, raw
- 30 g Lettuce, leaf, raw

- 0.6 g Salt
- 0.3 g Black pepper

- Thinly slice the cooked pork, and grill the whole garlic cloves alongside for the last 2 minutes until softened.
- Mix the doenjang with the sesame oil as a dip, and serve the pork wrapped in lettuce leaves with the garlic, scallion and dip.
