  • Contains: dairy

Ingredients

  • 180 g Coffee, brewed
  • 35 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 g Butter, unsalted

Method

  1. Ipoh white coffee is traditionally made from beans roasted with margarine rather than the usual dark caramelized roast; stirring a little butter into the hot coffee approximates that mellow, rounded flavor.
  2. Brew the coffee, then stir the butter into it while still hot until melted.
  3. Spoon the condensed milk into a glass.
  4. Pour the hot coffee over the condensed milk and stir well before drinking, hot or over ice.
