- Contains: fish
Ingredients
- 200 g Carp, raw
- 8 g Garlic, raw
- 10 g Vegetable oil
- 5 g Chili peppers, red, raw
- 1.2 g Salt
- 60 g Water
Method
- Score the carp a few times on each side and rub lightly with a little of the oil.
- Grill over hot coals or under a very hot grill for 5-6 minutes per side until the skin is charred and the flesh flakes easily.
- Meanwhile crush the garlic and chili and bring the water to a boil with the salt to make a strong brine.
- Stir in the remaining oil off the heat.
- Place the grilled fish on a plate and pour the hot brine over it; most of the very salty liquid stays in the dish rather than being eaten.
- Serve at once with grilled polenta or bread.
